Add Documentation on how to get started on the project or using the API. Update the README.md accordingly.

The getting started documentation should explain:

  • Migrations
  • Paths for music management
  • Setting permissions for directories where music will be stored
  • Auth0 API configuration
  • Auth0 grant permissions
  • HTTP endpoints
  • Connection Strings
Add Documentation on how to get started on the project or using the API.
