Include a setting to set the default position value when going to a previous track. Currently if the previousTrack button is pressed then it will go to the previous track if the the current track that is being played (whether in paused or play state) is less than 4 seconds.

Include a setting to set the default position value when going to a previous track. Currently if the previousTrack button is pressed then it will go to the previous track if the the current track that is being played (whether in paused or play state) is less than *4* seconds.
